From invite to commission, in six steps

Pick the district and municipalities you want to work in and tell us a little about yourself.
2Video call
Book a 30 minute call with us at a time that suits you.
3Sign the agreement
Send your NIF, IBAN and ID and sign online. It all stays in your area.
4Get invites
Every visit booked in your area arrives by WhatsApp, email and notification. Accept or decline.
5Show the home
Go with the market report in hand. Afterwards leave a short report and the buyer rates the visit.
6Get paid
When the deal closes, the commission shows in your area. Upload your invoice and we transfer it.
Questions
Do I need to be a real-estate agent?
No. We are looking for people who love homes, know their area well and are good with people. You work as a collaborator of Explorador, which holds an AMI licence.
Can I do this alongside my job?
Yes, it is designed for that. Most visits happen in the evening and at weekends, and you only accept the ones that suit you.
How do I level up?
With visits done, good buyer ratings and closed deals. Every referred home with a signed contract counts as a visit and every referred home sold as a deal. Silver from 10 visits, a 4.5 average and 1 deal. Gold from 30 visits, a 4.7 average and 3 deals. On a €300,000 home you earn €900 per deal as Agente Explorador, €1,200 as Silver and €1,500 as Gold.
Can I bring homes to sell?
Yes. In your agent area there is "Refer a home": add the owner and the home and we handle the rest. When it sells with us, you get €250 to €650 fixed, by level, plus a part of the variable fee. Paid when the home sells.
Do I have to accept visits?
No. You accept or decline each invite. Once you accept, we count on you: giving a visit back less than 24 hours before counts as a strike, and three strikes in 90 days pause the collaboration.
Which homes will I show?
Homes listed by other agencies and by us, always in the municipalities you picked. As Agente Explorador you show homes up to €400,000, as Silver up to €700,000 and as Gold all of them, including above €700,000.
When and how do I get paid?
When the buyer closes, the commission shows in your area. Upload your invoice and we transfer it to your IBAN.
How do you choose who gets each visit?
First whoever the buyer already knows and rated well. Then by buyers' ratings, your availability and how many visits you already have that week.
